My lines weren’t found

Use soft, even light, hold your palm flat with your fingers spread, and fit your whole hand inside the outline. Daylight works best.

Restoring a subscription

Open the paywall (for example “Unlock full reading”) and tap Restore in the top corner. Use the same Apple ID (iPhone) or Google Play account (Android) you subscribed with.

Cancelling a subscription

• iPhone: open Settings → your name → Subscriptions and choose PalmSee.
• Android: open the Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, and choose PalmSee.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. Subscribers can also tap Manage subscription at the bottom of the Palmistry tab.

Refunds

Payments are handled by Apple or Google. On iPhone, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, follow Google Play’s refund steps.

Privacy

Your palm photos and readings stay on your phone unless you choose to share them. Read the full PalmSee privacy policy.
